Lovely to be here and looking forward to getting involved!

I'm the founder of Engage with Bernie, where I specialise in helping organisations get the most from Microsoft Viva Engage, particularly around employee engagement, knowledge-sharing, leadership communication and building thriving workplace communities.

I've spent over 15 years working in this space, helping organisations move beyond simply sharing information to creating opportunities for people to connect, contribute and learn from one another.

With AI changing how we find information and get answers, I'm particularly interested in what this means for the human side of work.

AI can make knowledge easier to access, but I think there's something incredibly valuable about the conversations that happen when colleagues turn to each other. It's often where experiences are shared, relationships are built and learning goes beyond the original question.

I'm looking forward to learning from others here, sharing experiences and exploring how we can make the most of technology without losing those important human connections.
