Inside Vlad Sterngold’s Personal AI Memory

@Vlad Sterngold built something most of us wish our AI could do: remember.

His personal AI memory connects thousands of facts about his projects, priorities, contacts and work. Claude sits at the front, so Vlad can simply ask it what he needs.

Every morning, he asks for a daily briefing. The system checks his calendar, Slack, tasks and project files, then gives him the short version:

  • What needs attention today?

  • Who am I meeting?

  • What should I prepare?

  • What is still unfinished?

Very handy.

The interesting part is that Vlad doesn’t measure the value in hours saved. For him, it is about having more capacity, more headspace and more room to stay curious.

Of course, once an AI system starts learning how you think and work, the questions get bigger. Who owns that digital expertise? What happens when it connects to an employer’s systems? And how do we make sure human judgment stays firmly in the loop?

We explored all of this in our latest Practi case study. Read the full story here

And the timing couldn’t be better. This Wednesday, Vlad is joining us for a Practi Meet: Build Your AI Toolkit Without Breaking the Bank

We’ll talk about which tools are worth paying for, where free is good enough, and how to build an AI toolkit without collecting subscriptions you barely use.
